Rosa Moschata

Since I haven’t blogged in a while and since a holiday is coming up, I’ll give you the last 3 base oils in my lost here.

Rosa Moschata is a Chilean rosehip oil which is a good emollient and tissue restorer.

Sesame oil protects against the sun’s searing rays. Take care to buy the cold-pressed kind that contains the antioxidants.

Wheat Germ is an edible antioxidant oil high in vitamins E, A, D, and lecithin. Add a few drops to massage oils as a fortifier. But don’t use too much or you will not be able to overcome its strong odor. Frankly, I simply like to add wheat germ to my breakfast yogurt to get a similar effect without the smell. My grandfather always added it to his porridge, and he lived a long, healthy life.
