Big Disappointment from Level Best Books, My Publisher

Hi All, I should be writing about botanicals today, but instead, I’m going to talk about a big disappointment. Fans have been wondering why I haven’t talked about A Whiff of Murder, the second book in the Issy Castillo series that was supposed to be released July 23 by Level Best Books, according to my contract. Well, it hasn’t been released, although I’ve received assurances over the last 2 months that the book is in the “current batch.” This doesn’t seem to be so, despite the fact that a book-a-day is being released. I’ve been told there have been production issues (nothing to do with me.) So we’re all going to have to hang tight and hope for the best. I’ll let you know whenever I learn anything. Thanks for being so loyal.
